KEYSTONE PIPELINE PARTNERSHIPS
Subsidiaries of TransCanada and ConocoPhillips are in partnerships that will own the Keystone Pipeline System including the proposed expansion to the Gulf Coast. The partnerships are: TransCanada Keystone Pipeline, LP (U.S.) and TransCanada Keystone Pipeline Limited Partnership (Canada). Affiliates of TransCanada will design, construct and operate the pipelines.
Keystone will be operated as one integrated pipeline system.
