For registered shareholders
Registered shareholders own their shares directly and are registered as an owner with TransCanada. The following online documents are available to registered shareholders.
- Annual Shareholder Information (annual report, notice of meeting, information circular and proxy-related materials and any other information in connection with an annual and/or special meeting)
- Quarterly Financial Reports
- Statements (direct deposit advices, dividend reinvestment plan statements)
- Please have your Holder Account Number from your dividend cheque or statement available
- Enter your holder details as directed

For non-registered shareholders
Non-registered shareholders own their shares via a brokerage account and are not registered as an owner with TransCanada. The following online documents are available to non-registered shareholders:

eTree for registered shareholders
TransCanada has partnered with eTree to thank registered shareholders who sign up for e-delivery by planting a tree on their behalf through the Tree Canada Foundation.
eTree is administered by Computershare, our transfer agent for common and preferred shares. The service is available to our registered shareholders only.
