Electronic Document Delivery

TransCanada offers electronic documents online for registered shareholders, non-registered shareholders, potential shareholders and other interested parties.

Electronic document delivery is more convenient, more environmentally friendly, and helps reduce postage and print costs.

Registered Shareholders

Registered shareholders own their shares directly and are registered as an owner with TransCanada.  The following online documents are available to registered shareholders.

  • Annual Shareholder Information (annual report, notice of meeting, information circular and proxy-related materials and any other information in connection with an annual and/or special meeting)
  • Quarterly Financial Reports
  • Statements (direct deposit advices, dividend reinvestment plan statements)
eTree Subscription

Electronic subscription services for registered shareholders are provided by TransCanada’s Transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company, via their eTree service. Please have your Holder Account Number from your dividend cheque or statement available when subscribing online.

Non-Registered Shareholders      

Non-registered shareholders own their shares via a brokerage account and are not registered as an owner with TransCanada.The following online documents are available to non-registered shareholders:

  • Annual Shareholder Information (annual report, notice of meeting, information circular and proxy-related materials and any other information in connection with an annual and/or special meeting).

Investor Delivery

Electronic subscription services for non-registered shareholders are provided by Investor Delivery.  Please have your Enrollment Number available when subscribing online. It can be found on your most recent mailing.
