The National Energy Board (NEB) issued its decision on December 16, 2004, approving TransCanada’s application to establish the North Bay Junction (NBJ) as a new receipt and delivery point on the Canadian Mainline System.

The NBJ receipt and delivery point comes into effect on February 28, 2005.
