FT-RAM (Firm Transportation, Risk Alleviation Mechanism) is a pilot program that commences Nov. 1, 2004. FT-RAM is an enhancement to FT Service on the Canadian Mainline that allows you to mitigate unabsorbed demand charges (UDCs) by allocating credits towards your monthly IT bill.  This pilot project is currently scheduled to end on Oct. 31, 2005.
