On May 30, TransCanada filed for approval of final 2004 and 2005 tolls with the National Energy Board (NEB) to be effective July 1, 2005.

The proposed final 2005 Eastern Zone toll will be approximately CAD $0.997/GJ, a decrease of $0.09/GJ from the current interim toll of $1.08/GJ.

The proposed final 2004 Eastern Zone toll will be approximately CAD $1.2107.
