NGTL, TransCanada’s legal entity that owns the Alberta System, filed a 2006 Final Rate Application with the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB), requesting the following final rates for the Alberta System, effective April 1, 2006.

ALBERTA SYSTEM PRICES

1.      Based on the Average FT-R Price for a three-year term.  Receipt Point Specific FT-R prices will vary between the price floor and price ceiling, as well as due to the contract term selected.

2.      FT Ex-Alberta Price is calculated using the Average FT-R Price for a three-year term and the FT-D Price.
