 Oct 11, 2005 Alberta System: High Eastern Gate Load Factor

TransCanada is notifying customers of the potential for future Interruptible Transportation - Delivery (IT-D) curtailment(s) at the Alberta Eastern Gate (EGAT). The Eastern Gate is defined as Empress Border, McNeill Border and relevant storage injections. 

 

There is increased potential for EGAT IT-D curtailment especially during periods of high export and storage injection demand, and during planned or unplanned facility maintenance.

 

Customers should note that TransCanada has posted Open Seasons for available Firm Transportation (FT) and Short Term Firm Transportation (STFT) capacity.
