TransCanada congratulates Dan Ronsky in his new position as Manager, Markets, Commercial West of the Canadian Pipelines division. In this role, Dan will be responsible for current and new customer relationships, contracts and negotiations for the Alberta, BC and Foothills Systems. Dan will be reporting to Steve Clark, Vice-President, Commercial West of the Canadian Pipelines division.
Dan's many years of experience within the market side of TransCanada's business has made him a strong customer advocate. His exceptional relationships with our customers combined with strong coaching and leadership skills will help him, and his team, meet and exceed their customer's expectations. |

Dan has an open and proactive approach that he believes is key to successful customer relationships. "I am enthusiastic about the opportunities and challenges we have in front of us," says Dan. "Being an advocate for our customers is very important to me. Gathering feedback from customers, facilitating open discussions, educating stakeholders on key issues and customer concerns, and brainstorming improvements not only make our customers business more successful, but also builds and strengthens the relationships we have with our customers."
Dan has been working with TransCanada serving the producer community and end-users, for over 25 years. This also included international assignments in Turkey and Malaysia. In his most recent role as a Customer Account Representative, Dan's efforts were focused on developing a greater understanding of our customers businesses and needs. Working with a diverse group of stakeholders, Dan has played a significant role in facilitating key discussions on a wide range of customer issues in order to better understand and resolve a diverse range of customer issues. He was also involved in scheduling and executing many of these improvements. Dan was a key contributor to expanding and extending TransCanada's Alberta System into the Fort McMurray region to serve the rapidly growing oilsands market.
