The evidentiary portion of the hearing being conducted by the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) to consider the Alberta System's 2005 General Rate Application (GRA) Phase 2 ended on Wednesday, October 19th in Calgary. Argument is due Thursday, November 10th and reply on Tuesday, November 24th.
Given the EUB's target to provide decisions within 90 days of the conclusion of a hearing, we expect a decision for the GRA Phase 2 sometime around the end of February 2006. For further information on the GRA, please refer to the September Update article titled Alberta System - GRA Phase 2.
