TransCanada received National Energy Board (NEB) final approval on March 21, 2007 to integrate the B.C. System with Foothills Zone 8. The transfer of the B.C. System assets to Foothills Zone 8 took place on April 1, 2007. At that time, TransCanada began preliminary changes to the B.C. System and Foothills System web pages on the Customer Express website to take into account the integration. The final changes for the web amalgamation were completed on Nov. 21, 2007.

The main changes to Customer Express were to a few links, and the navigation and menu items were not affected. Here are the highlights of the changes:

• The B.C. Systems link from the left hand “Pipelines” navigation has been removed
• The Foothills System link from the left hand “Pipelines” navigation will now include all Foothills System and B.C. System content

All current content relating to the B.C System will be maintained, however, it may reside in a new location. Customers should be aware that these changes may also affect any existing bookmarks they currently have to these pages.
