NGTL, the entity that owns the Alberta System and is wholly owned by TransCanada, filed its December 2005 Annual Plan with the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) on December 15, 2005. The December 2005 Annual Plan is NGTL's sixteenth Annual Plan and provides the EUB, customers, and interested parties with an overview of the facilities requirements on the Alberta System for the 2006/07 Gas Year.
The Annual Plan is based on NGTL's June 2005 design forecast of gas delivery and FS productive capability. Facility additions for the 2006/07 Gas Year are proposed in the Peace River Project Area, the Mainline Project Area and the North & East Project Area.
