Thank you Customers

As 2001 comes to a close, we take a look at the many changes and challenges faced over the past year in this industry. Change does seem to be the norm and we all learn to adapt and adjust with the times.

TransCanada celebrated 50 years of service this year. Over these years, we reflect back and truly value you the Customer who got us to where we are today. TransCanada would like to take this time to thank you for your business. We appreciate you as a customer and look forward to working with you to make business even better for you. A special thanks to all customers who attended our annual customer appreciation holiday celebration at the Calgary Zoo.

As we enter 2002, we continue to strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We are in the process of developing an action plan to incorporate the most vital feedback received from the Customer Satisfaction Survey. Look for this information in a future issue of "Update."
