At TransCanada, we look forward to our continued customer relationships and building new ones in 2003.

One of our resolutions for the upcoming year is to ensure that the Update magazine continues to be a valuable resource for our customers. We strive to ensure that the information in Update is beneficial to you and easy to access.

Last year, you responded to an online readership survey about the value of Update and to what extent it was fulfilling your information needs. The new Update magazine was launched in the fall of 2002 with the feedback from this survey in mind.
