TransCanada’s employee population has never been more diverse – in terms of geography, culture and expertise. Our population is becoming more varied as we gain employees through acquisition in areas where we have not traditionally operated, as well as through a changing labour market.
The average age of our employees is about 45*. However, this demographic will change significantly over the next few years, as more than half of our new hires are under age 35* and approximately one-third are under age 30*.
